We offer a complete line of construction services for residential, commercial, addition, and remodel clients. We cover site prep, foundations, framing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing, drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry, welding, and landscaping just to touch upon the basics.
We also offer some less common and unique services such as faux finishes, elevator systems, smart home systems, exotic lighting components, theatres, carved stone craftsmen, complex masonry features, unique pool and spa creations, true lath and plaster walls… We even have real life blacksmiths!

Period Restoration
We have built a reputation in Austin for our ability to restore, add-on and reproduce old homes to their original condition, even when it is necessary to find original elements of the home from vendors around the world. We are familiar with National Historic Registered District (NHRD) guidelines and restrictions, and we have experience with permitting projects in these zoned areas. There are no more than five builders in Austin who are truly capable of genuine historic restoration, so if you have this kind of special project you have come to the right place.
Scale of Projects
We work with homeowners who are in need of a simple small square footage addition, to luxury estates over 15,000 square feet. Additionally, about half of our business is in commercial construction from tenant finish-out, to multi-family housing, to ground-up retail.
Green Building/Conversion
There are many things a homeowner can do to make their home more energy efficient. High efficiency appliances, solar recovery, and rain water collection systems are just a few examples of green building ideas. We can take these ideas and expand them to include reclaimed building materials, low VOC paints and passive mechanical systems that will increase your green rating up to five stars and lower your impact on the environment. We offer all aspects of green building and green conversion.
New Construction, Additions, Remodels
We have expert knowledge of all local building codes and regulations, and we have long standing relationships with city, county, and third party inspectors. Also, because our roots run so deep here in Austin, we have relationships with realtors, lending agents, title agents, appraisers, architects, engineers, designers, subcontractors, and vendors. We can help you with any aspect of your project!
Commercial Construction
We have been building commercial projects from our beginning. We have experience in new construction, tenant finish-out, multi-family, restaurant, bar, office, and warehouse construction. We have experience with fire suppression systems, fire safety and egress planning, Americans with Disabilities Act compliance, large and chilled water mechanical systems, large amperage electrical services, compressed air, medical gas, and complex hydraulic systems. We have yet to find our limits in construction, though we have not been approached to build a skyscraper. Yet!
Land Development
We have many years of experience in land development in Austin and the surrounding areas. We started 10 years ago with a small development west of Austin, bringing utilities and roads to a cluster of properties we had accumulated over time. We decided to start another small firm to handle the land development exclusively, and we have just completed our most recent development project. This 10 acre development has 14 home-sites on a rise above the 12th and 13th fairways of the Flint Rock golf course. The enclave is a part of the Flint Rock Ranch Development and has water and sewer through WCID 17 nearby. The cart path runs up to our property lines for easy access (private carts are allowed) and Hurst Creek flows just a few feet beyond the path. We still have lots for purchase and you may select your builder, though we would love to be your builder of choice!
Disaster Insurance Negotiations:
We have successfully, on owner’s behalf, negotiated to recover thousands of dollars from insurance companies post disaster. It is very typical for insurance companies to offer bottom dollar to rebuild disaster situations, such as fire & flood, often leaving homeowners with huge out-of-pocket expenses. We put together re-build proposals based on current construction materials and labor pricing, we then negotiate with insurance companies to recover the necessary funding to bring your home back to its pre-disaster state with as little out-of-pocket expense as possible.
